Collaborative Governance presentation, June 2019
On 22 June 2019, Northey Street City Farm held their annual (and wonderful) 'Winter Solstice Festival'. I presented a 45-min session on COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE in the People Care tent.
This illustration was prepared as a visual summary for those who attended. This interactive session was held with all in attendance sitting in a circle.

Sociocracy presentation at Grounded Gathering,
'This is a 1-hour introduction to sociocracy session given me/Erin at the 'Grounded Gathering' in Deep Water, New South Wales (near Glen Innes) on 23 March 2019.
The 100-person event was based on the topic of permaculture - a regenerative nature-informed design system based primarily on production of food, fibre and fuel. The ethics of permaculture are earth care, people care, and fair share.
There is background noise in this session, which is manageable. Also at about 5 mins into the session, we do an interactive exercise which is slightly harder to hear for a few moments.
This was an unplanned session - the opportunity arose and I gladly took it. This might explain some of the looseness with delivery. Also I didn't know this recording was being made at the time; thought I gladly receive it and share with permission from Mauricio Jakúlica.
I do hope this is insightful despite the lack of visuals. Thanks for listening!
