Hi! I’m Erin.
Based on Kabi Kabi country / Sunshine Coast, South East Queensland, Australia. I heart-fully acknowledge the ancestors, elders and custodians of this place.
My passion is to help people and projects share their brilliance with the world supported living systems ways. Particularly related to people dynamics, workflow design, productivity, and decision-making.
I do this with individuals as a certified developmental coach, where my primary tools are mindfulness, presence, somatic embodiment, and powerful questions.
I also do this with collectives as a sociocracy practitioner, trainer, consultant, helping organisations be responsive and adaptive through decentralised power and leadership.
I believe humans are ecology, and when we help humans operate with the nature intelligence that our world is made of, we dwell in the emergent field of something precious and powerful.
It's a rich blessing for me to journey with you in these ways.

I figured out early on that humans need help to work in alignment with the intelligence of the natural world. And if we did, we could function more fully and thrive in the world.
My coaching practice has been a long-time coming. I knew it was on my path to channel my intuitive, astute, deep-listening heart towards individuals who value such rich relational spaces.
I’m here to help people honour, celebrate and serve our precious world. We all have our place. And we all have purpose. I’ll even go so far to say that we’re all magnificent, metaphysical, multidimensional beings of powerful creative capacity.
Holding ourselves - us, humans - in the responsibility of this is what helps us have rightful place in a living, intelligent world.

Since being a girl growing up Brisbane’s suburbs in the 80’s and 90’s, I have always been fascinated by nature spaces. I remember bushwalking in Cooloola National Park near K’gari /Fraser Island at 7 years old with my family, gazing up at the crowning canopy of the hoop pines. That’s where I first met nature as my spiritual practice.
I went on to study Environmental Engineering at Griffith University straight out of high-school. This was followed by a decade of travelling the world, figuring out the conventional path wasn’t for me, and finding my way closer to my heart’s calling.
Permaculture and sociocracy stepped in as strong teachers in my late-20’s. I went on to specialise in ‘social permaculture’ - the application of regenerative living design principles to people systems. This is where so much makes sense for me.
I have an ongoing 10 year mentor and collaborative relationship with permaculture pioneer and elder Robin Clayfield. She has supported me to learn and practice dynamic, participatory group facilitation and social permaculture design.

I am a consultant and trainer in sociocracy - a method for moving beyond top-down hierarchy in organisations, distributing and decentralising power and leadership so all voices are heard, and creating responsive and effective groups. I love helping impact-led organisations collaborate well together. I’m part of a international cohort of consultants called The Sociocracy Consulting Group.

Throughout the 2010’s, I did a great deal of work with localised food systems. I’m part of a textured creative community of artists and makers with inspiring and proactive life skills and know-how. Plant medicines are an important part of how I live in full health and balance. I love to dance freely. I love a good mountain hike adventure. I love couchsurfing strangers couches in far-away lands.
I’m married to Marcel, an avid punk-rock and skateboard enthusiast, with a precious ability to connect respectfully and deeply with animals, wild and tame. Marcel originates in Germany, a country now dear to my heart. As a result, ich spreche eine wenig Deutsch. We have a darling son, Hazel, born in 2023, who triangulates our family pod with delight and charm.

I’ve lived on Kabi Kabi Country / Sunshine Coast since 2015. I adore the forest I live and work in every day. I hold deep respect for the First Nations holders of life and lore around the world, and acknowledge the displacement and decimation of sophisticated peoples and culture on the lands where I live. My offerings attempt to bring balance and richness to the human tapestry within the greater planetary weave.
