The Spring Quickening Circle gathers us online in the ceremony of the seasons.
It connects us with what’s rising in ourselves, and our community, at this first quarter milestone of the solar year.
Being the time of equal day and equal night, Spring Equinox is when we start to see the new potential of our goals, dreams and visions 3-months after they were planted in the dark rest of the winter solstice.
Held in circle, this space helps you acknowledge what’s rising afresh for you at this time. It also helps you see others in their goals as we journey together with the drum beat of the sun. We learn from each other, and support each other.
Together in the Spring Quickening circle, you will:
🌿 Be seen in your individual journey of rising with the spring. This is especially useful regarding any goals & intentions ‘planted’ at winter solstice.
🌿 Be informed on the nature of the new arising amongst the collective community.
🌿 Share in a supportive yet passive accountability for each other’s solar-year journey.
🌿 Consider how you might course correct your yearly intentions over the coming 3 months before the bright illumination of the Summer Solstice.
About the circle
The aim of this safe facilitated space is connection and clarity.
The circle will look a little like this:
✣ Presencing practice to arrive fully in the space together.
✣ Opening circle: share our name and quick update on how we’re doing in that moment.
✣ Spring Equinox insights and download: shared by Erin, the qualities and essence of Spring are revealed.
✣ Sharing circle: we each reflect on what’s rising for us with the Spring Equinox, possibly in break-out rooms for smaller groups to allow for more sharing space.
✣ Closing meditation: completing our journey together, we gather up all the Spring Equinox essence as we head back out into the world.
The circle is open and welcoming of people of all genders, ages, believes and natures. The unifying force is that we’re humans moving with the rhythm of the sun cycle.
Working with the solar cycle
Spring Equinox happens in September for those in the Southern Hemisphere. The significance of this is subtle, yet important.
Aligning with the biological and ecological rhythm to start anew in the dark of the cycle, we recognise the southern winter solstice, around 21/22 June each year, as the time to begin again.
The Southern Hemisphere runs a different timing of the sun cycle to our kin in the Northern Hemisphere. By moving with the reality of what’s happening in our hemisphere, we allow ourselves alignment with the natural life-force of the sun - and therefore more flow and ease in manifesting our goals.
Step-by-step, piece-by-piece, we support ourselves, and each other, to have integrity in actualising our intentions.
Every 3-months, we gather to celebrate the next milestone of the solar year.
+ SUMMER ILLUMINATION CIRCLE - Acknowledges what’s fully fruiting, based on the new growth through spring.
+ AUTUMN RELEASE CIRCLE - Gives us space to harvest, wrap-up and prepare for completion of current intentions.
+ WINTER REST CIRCLE - Deepens us into crystallising our intentions for the next cycle as it begins again.
